Ticket, refund & transfer policy
Draft pending legal review. This text describes how the platform currently works and will be finalised before commercial launch.
Reservations
When you start checkout we hold your tickets for 15 minutes. If payment isn't confirmed in time the tickets are released. If a payment arrives after a hold expires and tickets are still available, your order completes; otherwise we'll contact you to refund.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, materially changed, or as required by law, or as otherwise stated on the event page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Service fees may be non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Upgrades
Where offered, you can upgrade a valid ticket by paying the price difference (plus any fee difference). Your old QR code stops working as soon as the upgrade is confirmed.
Transfers & resale
Unofficial resale is not permitted. Official transfers, if enabled for an event, will be shown on the event page.
Entry
Each QR code admits once. Entry is subject to the event's entry rules, age restrictions and security checks.
